What are the reception hours?
The reception is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Outside these hours, telephone assistance is available 24/7, and in-person support is provided in case of problems or special needs. Access to the Hotel is granted via access codes, which will be communicated at check-in.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Our staff will contact you the day before to confirm your estimated arrival time. If check-in occurs outside reception hours, the access codes for independent entry will be provided.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is scheduled by 11:00 AM.
Do you have luggage storage?
If you arrive before check-in and your room is not yet ready, you may leave your luggage at the Hotel. Staff will ensure it is delivered to your room once available.After check-out, luggage can be stored until 7:00 PM on the same day. All common areas are monitored by security cameras.
Do you have parking?
We work with a partner garage located directly in front the Hotel. The 24-hour guarded rate price is € 35 for standards cars and SUV, and € 40 for luxury cars and vans. Additional services are available on request, including parking for larger vehicles, hand car wash, electric charging, valet service, and mechanical assistance.
The garage is open from 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM. Advance booking is required.
Do I need to enter the ZTL to reach the Hotel?
Although the Hotel is in a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), it is not necessary to pass through the ZTL detection point to reach us. Our staff will provide precise instructions to reach the hotel entrance without triggering the sensors.
Is it possible to park near the Hotel?
White-line street parking is reserved for residents. Alternatively, blue-line paid parking is available a few blocks from the Hotel. We recommend using the garage.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, cash, and bank transfers. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking and will be pre-authorized for the total amount at the end of the free cancellation period. If no credit card is available, a deposit via bank transfer is required.
Is it possible to cancel a reservation?
Standard bookings can generally be cancelled up to five days before arrival without penalty. Special bookings, such as promotional offers, may have different cancellation terms, which should be checked at the time of booking. Late cancellations or non-refundable bookings will incur a penalty equal to the full cost of the stay.
Do you have special offers for stays?
Our best offers are available only on our website, for both vacation and business purposes, at the best rates. Offers change periodically, so we recommend visiting the website frequently.
What do your packages include?
Our packages combine Hotel stays with one or more experiences provided by our carefully selected partners. These professionals guarantee high standards and offer a better rate compared to booking services separately. Base packages are available on our website, but additional options can be arranged by contacting our staff.
Do you accept pets?
Pets are welcome, subject to prior review and acceptance of our internal regulations to ensure comfort and safety for all guests. A supplement applies for cleaning and sanitization after the stay.
Are cots available?
Some rooms can accommodate one or two cots, depending on room size. A supplement applies for linen and bedding.
Is smoking allowed in rooms?
Smoking is not permitted in any room or indoor common area. Smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace located on the first floor.
Is there an elevator?
An elevator connects the first and second floors. The Hotel is located on the first floor of a historic building, and there are two staircases totaling 28 steps to reach it. The stairs are wide, allowing easy access with luggage.
I forgot some items at check-out. Can I recover them?
The Hotel is not responsible for items left in the room after check-out. If cleaning staff find forgotten items, we will notify you and provide an external shipping service at your expense if desired.
Can I bring bicycles to the Hotel?
Bicycles may be stored on the outdoor terrace if space is available; otherwise, they must be stored in the building’s entrance hall. Bicycles are not allowed in rooms.
Is laundry service available?
We work with an external laundry service operating on weekdays, offering same-day washing and ironing. Alternatively, there are several self-service laundries nearby.
Is Wi-Fi available?
High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available through two access points, ensuring ample bandwidth for all needs. The service is free.
